1. Price Confirmation: The price of pre-order products may change after you place the order. After receiving your pre-order, we will call you to confirm the final price and other details.

2. Estimated Delivery Time: If the product description does not mention an approximate delivery date, the standard delivery time is 12 to 22 days from the date of confirmation.

3. Advance Payment Requirement: Some pre-orders require a partial advance payment. The amount may vary depending on the product.
If a product does not require an advance payment, it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

4. Cancellation & Refund: Once your order is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

১. মূল্য নিশ্চিতকরণ: প্রি-অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যের মূল্য অর্ডার দেওয়ার পর পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। অর্ডার পাওয়ার পর, আমরা আপনাকে ফোনে চূড়ান্ত মূল্য ও অন্যান্য তথ্য জানাবো।

২. আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময়: যদি প্রোডাক্টের বিবরণে আনুমানিক সময় উল্লেখ না থাকে, তাহলে ডেলিভারির সময় হবে ১২ থেকে ২২ দিন অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর থেকে।

৩. অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট: কিছু প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্যের জন্য আংশিক অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন। এই অগ্রিমের পরিমাণ পণ্যের উপর নির্ভর করে।
যেসব পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন নেই, তা প্রোডাক্টের বিবরণে স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ থাকবে।

৪. অর্ডার বাতিল ও রিফান্ড: একবার অর্ডার কনফার্ম হয়ে এবং পেমেন্ট হয়ে গেলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে না এবং কোন রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না।
